Daito’s automated technology dispenses form-in-place conductive elastomer gaskets on metal, plastic housings or PCB. The system applies programmed gasket beads with exceptional accuracy in three full axes, compensating for uneven surfaces in castings and molded parts to provide consistent, highly reliable seals. Gaskets can be applied on flanges as narrow as .030 inch (0.76 mm), and double and triple bead affording more space for board components or allowing smaller overall packaging. Our equipments and service is independent of material selection, it the customer choice.

For lot under 50 parts we’re inspect 100% of the lot with three measuring point per part. For large lot, we have a quality control process base on the standard MIL STD 105D, for lot inspection. We use AQL (acceptable quality level) of 2.5% that guaranty to our customer a constant range of high quality.
